Customer stated they would like Web Proxy to be configurable as it is on prem as noted in customer feedback below.

Aware that there are limitations as per VMC nature but customer wishes to add the feature request nonetheless.

Customer feedback:
Can we configure a web proxy server for Management component to use like vCenter etc..?

In VMC, Management Appliances like vCenter (Skyline Health Check...), HCX .... require internet access to communicate with URL like :

vapp-updates.vmware.com etc..

Because we are using VMC we obviously don't have access to the Management Interface of the appliances and would like to have the ability to.
