Schedule maintenance of VMC console outside business hours

The weekly maintenance window for the VMC console is currently 17:30-20:30 PST.

This falls during the middle of Australian business hours.

If the console cannot be patched/upgraded non-disruptively, can the maintenance at least be scheduled outside of business hours?

We will not move production workload to VMC on AWS if the console will be unavailable during business hours.
